- No cancellation of the subscription for the current month is allowed during active subscription period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
- Family videos stored within the app’s Family Moments™ feature are forfeited if the Account Subscription is not maintained. Subscribers should download their family videos at least 24-hours before the end of the current period if they decide to cancel the subscription. Family videos cannot be retrieved after the cancellation date.
